All returns must including insurance and tracking number
Exchange for defects or wrong items will be granted at no extra charge to buyer
A 75% refund will be granted for non-defective remorse buys or if item was purchase by mistake
Items must be in their original packaging which must be in the original undamaged condition
Items must have all original tags and labels still attached
Once I receive the item, I will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item

Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipping as it is out of our control at this time.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, there have been delays in the postal service. Please be patient for your order to arrive. I have no control over when Canada Post delivers the package containing your order to you. Shipping times are no longer guaranteed because of the pandemic. Once I have received your order, I will process it, and I will drop it off at the post office within 2 business days.
